Job Description
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will research, identify and provide solution in software and hardware issues in IoT / distributed System. The role includes the following responsibilities:
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues, in IoT / distributed system
• Troubleshoot in technical issues, network configuration, system configuration
• Liaise with customers to understand the root of the problem
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal / external customers

The minimum technical requirements for the Technical Support Engineer position are:
• BSc in Computer Science or Engineering
• Knowledge of Linux OS
• Knowledge of BASH shell scripting, PYTHON, C / C++
• Understanding of Linux modules and Interfaces with hardware components
• Documentation and writing skills
• Fluency in English
• Agile and communicative personality
